Truman uses rare imported shadow-grain acacia wood for the Ivy guitar, combined with the STL barrel shape and CUSTOM elements to create an exceptionally rare all-solid guitar.

Sound Characteristics

Selected shadow-grain acacia wood, known for its clear grain and beauty, is used for the material. The sound is exceptionally sweet, with treble that is clear but not sharp, mid-frequency that is solid and powerful, and an overall tone that is warm and saturated, sitting between rosewood and maple. The sound and appearance coexist harmoniously, adding intrinsic value to the guitar.

Technology

The second-generation Ivy has gained popularity due to its stunning appearance and incorporates elements from the CUSTOM series in both configuration and design. The headstock includes elements of the CUSTOM custom series, and the new design enhancements give the Ivy a unique charm.

In terms of craftsmanship, the entire series is integrated into Truman’s new 2.0 sound system. The specially designed STL barrel shape allows the Ivy to focus more on the music during play, making performances more effortless. The rosewood edge chamfering process, combined with the rosewood handrail, ensures a perfect playing experience. The final sound performance truly showcases its standout characteristics.
